These records may include billable customer counts, rolling 24-hour customer windows, call minutes, message activity, additional phone numbers, additional locations, subscription plan limits, overage usage, and payment status.
Billable customer data
For billing purposes, a customer may be counted when a unique phone number triggers a recovery workflow within a rolling 24-hour window. This may occur through a missed call text-back, inbound text entering automation, or staff-triggered recovery workflow.
Call minute data
Call minute records may include inbound call legs, forwarded call legs, call duration, rounded usage, included monthly minute usage, and overage usage after plan limits are reached.
5. Customer Responsibility for Consent
Customers using TidyConvert are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all legally required consent before sending messages, triggering automations, forwarding calls, or contacting end users through the platform.
This includes responsibility for compliance with applicable calling, texting, privacy, consumer protection, advertising, and industry-specific rules. TidyConvert may provide tools to support compliance, but customers remain responsible for how they configure and use the service.
Customers must ensure that any personal data they collect, including mobile phone numbers used for SMS messaging, is collected and used in compliance with this Privacy Policy and the TidyConvert SMS Consent Terms.
6. Opt-Outs and Suppression
TidyConvert may process opt-out requests, blocked contact records, suppression lists, and related compliance activity. If an end user opts out of messaging, TidyConvert may retain limited information necessary to honor that opt-out and prevent future messaging where required.
We may retain limited information, including phone numbers, to ensure that opt-out requests are honored and to prevent further messaging where required by law, carrier rules, telecom requirements, or platform policy.
